I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they gave me great advice on what to do in the city. The hostel was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice relaxed and friendly vibe, which made it a safe haven in a hectic city. The amenities were great, including the lounge/cafe area and the rooftop lounge area. The breakfast was affordable and tasty. The location was very quiet and peaceful. I also appreciated the access to onsite laundry, which I had to request in advance.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hostel. The common areas were beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and comfortable furnishings, making it a perfect place to relax and socialize. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also impressive. There were wide and well-lit corridors, handrails in the stairways, and elevators available, ensuring that seniors like me could move around comfortably.
I would have appreciated if there were more assistance provided for senior people during our vacation. Perhaps, some extra support or guidance from the staff would have been beneficial.

I absolutely loved staying at Tropical Summer! The value for money was great and the room was spotlessly clean with ample storage. The location was convenient, close to the sky train and river boat transport. But what really stood out was the amazing staff, especially Francis, who treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooftop bar was a fantastic place to meet fellow travelers and have a drink. If I ever come back to this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again. It truly felt like home.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The double room at Tropical Summer Hostel was cozy and felt like a home away from home. I loved the kitchenware and the convenience it offered. As a longer-term business traveler, it made me feel comfortable and self-sufficient.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one.
